HOW TO USE THE ENTRY BLANK
• Use one entry blank per dog only if information is exactly the SAME for each day.
• Carefully check the block (blocks) for each show in which you wish to enter your dog.
• You MUST use a SEPARATE entry blank if you are entering your dog in a different class on different days (eg.,Open Class on Day 1 and American Bred Class on Day 2), or if you are entering an additional class on any of the days (e.g., Open class on Day 1 and Open Class plus Jr. Showmanship on Day 2).
• ATTENTION EXHIBITORS •
*A Recording Fee of 50 cents will be required for each dog entered at any Licensed or Member Club Show or Obedience Trial. This Recording Fee is to be collected by the show giving Club and paid to the American Kennel Club. If a dog is entered in more
than one class in the show, the Recording Fee is to be collected on the first entry only. (American Kennel Club Rule, Chapter 11, Section 2)
*CANADIAN EXHIBITORS MUST SUBMIT ENTRIES WITH CHECKS DRAWN ON U.S. ACCOUNTS OR WITH INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDERS IN U.S. FUNDS.
*There will be no refund for duplicate entries.
*Dogs need to be present only for scheduled judging and will be released if not needed for further judging.
*Dogs must be ready for judging. Neither the Club nor its Superintendents will be responsible or obligated to furnish any service for notifying exhibitors or their agents of Breed or Class judging. Judges need not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or Agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring.
*The Club reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Trophies must be claimed the day of the show. None of the trophies will be mailed.
*RETURNED CHECKS do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Superintendent will add a collection fee to the amount of each returned check. Subsequent returned checks from the same exhibitors may result in their being put on a CASH ONLY basis.
*Entry fee will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee.
*No entry fees will be refunded if the Show cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, an Act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, strikes or any other cause beyond the control of the Club or Superintendent.
*The show giving Club, the Superintendent, their agents employees, etc., assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or property and further assumes no responsibility for injury to children.

THE GROUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR SET-UP OF GROOMING EQUIPMENT FROM 12:00 Noon until 4:00 PM on the day prior to the Saturday Show.
*CONTROL OF THE GROOMING AND CRATING AREAS WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GROUNDS CHAIRMAN.
*No roping off or saving of grooming areas.
*Show Committee reserves the right to rearrange crates etc., in the grooming area in order to make more room..
*Grooming equipment left in day grooming area after Best in Show will be confiscated.
*Grooming and Crating area aisles must remain open at all times.
*No Grooming or exercise pens, Cocker pens, Toy pens or canopies are allowed in the Show Building. Crates are only allowed in the show building during showing of your breed and must be removed immediately after. Violators will be fined $25.00 per occurrence.
*Grounds will be open at 6:00 AM and close two (2) hours after best in show each day. Handlers and exhibitors tending dogs left overnight must be off grounds by 10:00 PM
*There will be no parking on the Fairgrounds. Violators will be towed at the owners' risk and expense. *Dogs may be left in the Exhibit Complex overnight. No dogs will be left in the Pavilion overnight.
*Loss or Damage - The Show Committee will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs and exhibitors, but will not be responsible for, or assume any liability in the event of any accident or misfortune, to either dogs or exhibitors participating in these Shows. The welfare of an Exhibitor's child is assumed to be the responsibility of the Exhibitor/Parent. It is distinctly understood that exhibitors will exercise control and restraint over their children on the day of the shows OR THE EXHIBITOR/PARENT WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE SHOW PREMISES. Animals left in vehicles will be monitored by County Control Officers and Club Members. If animals are in distress due to heat or any other circumstances, the vehicle will be forcibly entered, the animal recovered and the owner cited.
*No grooming or grooming tables of any kind on either floor of the Pavilion.
*There will be absolutely no dumping of gray water from your RV onto the ground.
*The only fresh water available on the grounds will be in the restrooms. Exhibitors are responsible for the water required for the safety and comfort of their dogs.
*No bathing of dogs on the show grounds.
*Exhibitors and Handlers will be held responsible for clean conditions in and around their grooming area, parking area and hotel room.
*Exhibitors will be responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Covered X-pens will be provided outside. Exhibitors and handlers must pick up fecal matter deposited by their dogs on the grounds, streets, sidewalks and parking lots.
*Speed limit within the Fairgrounds is 5MPH. Anyone exceeding this speed limit will be subject to an Event Show Hearing, and/or escorted off the grounds immediately.
*All electrical cords on floor must be taped.
*If it is necessary to rescue a dog from a parked vehicle on the show grounds or in the parking areas, the club will not be responsible or liable for any damage to the vehicle involved
*All electrical devices which create multiple outlets must be UL approved and incorporate a separate circuit breaker within the device.
*All rights to televise, videotape, photograph, promote or otherwise exploit these events are vested in the clubs or in persons to whom assignments of such right have been made in writing by the clubs. All persons and animals on the Show grounds at any time while the shows are in progress do, by attending these shows or participating therein, hereby grant to the clubs the right to photograph, televise, videotape or otherwise use their likeness and voice in any manner without further release or consent.
*These rules will be enforced by the show committee. Failure to comply with these rules will result in charges being brought before the show committee.
*No Smoking will be allowed or tolerated in any building on the Show Site. Offenders of the rule shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $50.00, and in the event of continued abuse, shall be asked to leave the show premises.
*There are no provisions for unentered dogs at these events.
*TROPHIES - Trophies and prizes will be awarded in the judging rings to the person exhibiting the dog, who will be considered to be the owner or agent of the owner. All claims for trophies and other prizes must be made in the judging ring before the completion of the judging of the breed, and the Show Chairmen advised at once in the event of any discrepancy. No Award will be mailed. The Clubs reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

At the discretion of the judge, the following breeds may be judged on a ramp: Clumber Spaniels, Sussex Spaniels, Basset Hounds, Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen, Whippets, Staffordshire Bull Terriers & Bulldogs.
Ramps may be used in emergency situations to judge any breed. (In an emergency situation, an exhibitor does have the option of withdrawing their entry and receiving a refund.)

The following categories of dogs may be entered and shown in Best of Breed (Variety) Competition: Dogs that are Champions of Record. Dogs, who according to their owner's records, have completed the requirements for a championship, but whose championships are unconfirmed. The entry and showing of dogs whose championships are unconfirmed is limited to a period of 90 days from the date of the show where a dog completed the requirements for a championship according to the owner's records. If, at the end of the 90 day period, the championship of a dog has not been confirmed by the American Kennel Club, no further entries for the dog for Best of Breed competition are to be made until its championship has been confirmed by AKC.
By-Exhibitor (BBE) Class Eligibility
1 All dogs entered in the Bred-By- Class must be individually registered with the AKC.
2. The person handling the dog must be a breeder of record of the dog and an owner of record of the dog.
3. Family members must be both a breeder and owner of record to exhibit in this class.

FROM OLYMPIA AND THE SOUTH: Take I-5 North to Hwy. 512, Exit 127. Follow Hwy. 512 east for 10 miles to the Meridian St., S. Exit. Turn left under the freeway. Fairgrounds are on the left.
FROM SEATTLE AND THE NORTH: Take I-5 South to the Puyallup Exit #142B in Federal Way. As exiting, stay in the left lane. Turn right at the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp, then turn left at the first traffic light onto Hwy. 161. Travel approximately eight miles into the Puyallup Valley (Hwy. 161 becomes Meridian St. in Puyallup). Continue south through town. The Fairgrounds will be on your right at 9th Ave. S.W.
FROM BELLEVUE AND THE EASTSIDE: Take I-90 to I-405 South. Take Exit 2 to Hwy. 167 toward Kent/Auburn. Travel South on Hwy. 167 for approximately 20.2 miles to Hwy. 161 South/Hwy. 512 W. Travel 2.3 miles to the second exit, Meridian St. S. At the light at the end of the exit turn right. Fairgrounds are on the left.
