USE OF RAMPS
At the discretion of the judge, the following breeds may be judged on a ramp: Clumber Spaniels, Sussex Spaniels, Basset Hounds, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Bulldogs.
Ramps may be used in emergency situations to judge any breed. (In an emergency situation, an exhibitor does have the option of withdrawing their entry and receiving a refund.)
JUNIOR SHOWMANSHIP COMPETITION
NOVICE JUNIOR CLASS - For Boys and Girls at least 10 and under 14 years of age on the day of the show who at the time entries close, have not won three first places in a Novice Class at a licensed or member show.
NOVICE SENIOR CLASS - For Boys and Girls at least 14 and under 18 years of age on the day of the show who at the time entries close, have not won three first places in a Novice Class at a licensed or member show.
OPEN JUNIOR CLASS - For boys and Girls at least 10 and under 14 years of age on the day of the show who at the time entries close, have won three first places in a Novice Junior Showmanship Class at a licensed or member show, with competition present.
OPEN SENIOR CLASS - For Boys and Girls at least 14 and under 18 years of age on the day of the show who at the time entries close, have won three first places in a Novice Junior Showmanship Class at a licensed or member show, with competition present.
NOTICE: JUNIOR HANDLERS must include their JUNIOR HANDLER NUMBER on each entry.

• ATTENTION EXHIBITORS •
*The Show Building will open from 4:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. on Friday, July 25, 2003. No dogs may be left in the building overnight. Items left in the building overnight are left at the owners' risk.
*The Show Building will be available to exhibitors at 7:00 A.M. or two hours prior to the start of judging, whichever is earliest, on Saturday, July 26, 2003, and Sunday, July 27, 2003. Dog must be removed from the Show Building immediately following Best in Show judging.
*Grooming area will be provided at the North end of the building.. All grooming is to be performed in these areas. Exhibitors with 1 to 5 dogs will be limited to 1 grooming table. Exhibitors with over 5 dogs will be limited to 2 grooming tables. No grooming will be allowed in any other area of the building except the above designated areas. No chairs will be allowed in the grooming areas. All crates must be stacked. No private exercise pens in the building.
*No grooming tables or dog crates are permitted at ringside.
*No rugs or mats in grooming areas except for a 2x2 ft mat at grooming table.
*No baby strollers allowed in the building.
*No motor homes or recreational vehicles are allowed to plug into electrical outlets inside or outside buildings within the Show grounds. There are electric & water hookups and dump stations available on the Show grounds. Fee for the hookup is $25.00 per night payable in the Show Building when it is open, after you hook up. Self-contained units will be allowed to park adjacent to Show Building without hookups in designated areas.
*There will be NO PARKING in the drive going behind the building. It is to be used for UNLOADING AND LOADING ONLY.
*Each exhibitor is responsible for clean conditions in and around his or her setup area.
*Show Committees may move (bunch up) exhibitor crates in order to make more room. All crates MUST BE stacked.
*Grooming allowed in designated areas only. Absolutely no removal of tape or ropes to place crates or space.
*No spreading of crates or equipment to save space.
*Parents are responsible for their children.
*No dogs allowed in restrooms and no washing of animal food containers in restrooms. Exercise dogs in designated areas only. *Ex-pens allowed in designated areas only, no exercise pens on sidewalks or inside building.
*No crates or ex-pens allowed within 20 feet of rings.
*No grooming allowed at ringside.
*No un-entered dogs or puppies allowed in building.
*No working (practice) in rings after show hours.
*These rules will be enforced by the show committee. Failure to comply with these rules will result in charges being brought before the show committee.
*A Recording Fee of 50 cents will be required for each dog entered at any Licensed or Member Club Show or obedience Trial. This Recording Fee is to be collected by the show giving Club and paid to the American kennel Club. If a dog is entered in more than one class in the show, the Recording Fee is to be collected on the first entry only. (American Kennel Club Rule, Chapter 11, Section 2)
*CANADIAN EXHIBITORS MUST SUBMIT ENTRIES WITH CHECKS DRAWN ON U.S. ACCOUNTS OR WITH INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDERS IN U.S. FUNDS.
*There will be no refund for duplicate entries.
*Dogs need to be present only for scheduled judging and will be released if not needed for further judging.
*Dogs must be ready for judging. Neither the Club nor its Superintendents will be responsible or obligated to furnish any service for notifying exhibitors or their agents of Breed or Class judging. Judges need not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or Agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring.
*The Club reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Trophies must be claimed the day of the show. None of the trophies will be mailed.
*RETURNED CHECKS do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Superintendent will add a collection fee to the amount of each returned check. Subsequent returned checks from the same exhibitors may result in their being put on a CASH ONLY basis.
*Entry fee will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee.
*No entry fees will be refunded if the Show cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, an Act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, strikes or any other cause beyond the control of the Club or Superintendent.
*The show giving Club, the Superintendent, their agents employees, etc., assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or property and further assumes no responsibility for injury to children.
*No entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies a condition as to its acceptance. Entries will not be accepted without fees or signatures.
*An administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations or changes made prior to closing of entries.
*Changes, additions or corrections to entry forms must be received in writing or by telegram prior to close of entries. Those received by telephone are not acceptable.
